
We want to fill up House Plan (minimum 1 investor needed), we made some changes to the plan.
We have several options to invest in this plan, more details below about these options.
House Plan is a very profitable investment for your funds (minimum earnings 560%+) and now even more, because we have lowered the minimum to $25,000 (if 1 investor takes both places $45,000, that's an extra 10% discount) We also improved the payments for this plan to 40% (before 30%) on selling and stable monthly payments to you of $1500 (before $1075), this means we have give up some of our own profits to give you a better monthly AND selling payment. You are able to invest in this plan in terms. It is NOT necessary to have the 2 investors in this plan, with 1 investor (invested $25,000) the plan will be paying the monthly payments and/or the selling profits, if only 1 investor (invested $25,000) is in this plan and the house is sold the investor will receive an extra 10% on selling! (total 50% earnings of the sell price) The house is occupied by a tenant since last year (Rented out until July 2012, Maximum Lease contract by the law),
Always keep in mind Tenants mostly buy the property in the long run.
We are willing to split up the plan to multi investors (if enough investors/interest in it) however profits will be shared and changed, if you interested and we get enough investors/offers in this plan to reach the $25,000 (minimum)
We are willing to change the plan, Profits will be more then descent, however we will have to re-calculate the earnings, this will only be done if we reach the minimum of $25,000 with multi investors. More information about this in the newsletter this week.
